James Spaeth, M.D.

James T. Spaeth, M.D., F.A.A.P. of Kenwood Pediatrics, is a dedicated professional who loves to help children, adolescents and young adults achieve the best quality of life in their growing and developing years. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He was a pediatric resident at The University of North Carolina’s North Carolina Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He was a senior pediatric resident at Columbus Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio where he also held the position of Clinical instructor. He was also employed by the Emergency Department of Columbus Children’s Hospital. After working in a private practice in the Amish Country of Northeast Ohio for 11 years, he joined Kenwood Pediatrics in 1992.

Dr. Spaeth is a fellow of The American Academy of Pediatrics and is a member of the Ohio Chapter of The American Academy of pediatrics. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He is also a member of the Cincinnati Pediatric Society.
